Doesn’t matter if you exercise, sitting can kill you

(CNN) - According to a new study published in the Annals of Internal Medicine, sitting can kill you. The study found that sedentary behaviors - like sitting for eight to 12 hours or more a day - increase ones chances of getting a disease or condition that kills prematurely - even if you exercise. Sedentary behavior lead to cardiovascular issues, cancer and Type 2 diabetes. According to the World Health Organization, physical inactivity has been identified as the fourth-leading risk factor for death for people all around the world.
